Do you have COMPASSION for the LOST?

Do you have COMPASSION for the LOST?Mark 6:34. “And when He went ashore, He saw a great multitude, and He felt COMPASSION for them because they were like sheep without a shepherd; and He began to teach them many things”.
Compassion is defined by Webster’s Dictionary as “a sympathetic consciousness of the condition of others with a desire to alleviate it.”
Do you realize that the lost are precious souls who are out of fellowship with God and doomed to everlasting punishment because of sin unless they come in obedience to Christ and receive forgiveness of sins?
2 Thessalonians 1:7-9.  “And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that OBEY NOT the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be PUNISHED with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power…”

Truth is: We won’t attempt to WITNESS TO THE LOST and share the GOOD NEWS of JESUS with them UNLESS we FIRST feel compassion on them because of the seriousness of their condition.
