FYI: Difference Between Islam and Christianity

There are many differences between Islam and Christianity, too many to list. This is just a few to consider.

(1) Islam does not teach that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. This is where it gets interesting. They do teach that Jesus is the Messiah and that He is coming again. His purpose in coming is to convert all the world to Islam.

(2) Islam does not teach that Jesus died on the cross, but they do teach that He ascended into heaven. This is their way of bypassing the message of the cross. They teach that another man was crucified in the place of Jesus.

(3) Islam does not teach that a person can have a personal relationship with God Himself, thus a person’s life is judged upon his works. In this case two angels accompany each person through life and record the good and bad deeds. In the end the deeds are weighed. The only other way a Muslim can enter Islam’s idea of heaven is to become a martyr. This is why you see so much fanaticism with regard to human bombs.

“But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed.” (Galatians 1:8. Islam preaches a gospel of death & destruction.)

“Let no one keep defrauding you of your prize by delighting in self- abasement and the worship of angels, taking his stand on visions he has seen, inflated without cause by his fleshly mind.” (Colossians 2:18)

“No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their deeds.”

(2 Corinthians 11:14,15 – Mohammed had untold numbers of people murdered. He was into incest, etc.

If you are a Muslim, please consider getting out, repenting, and surrendering your life to Jesus Christ. He is the only one who can save you.

“Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12. KJV
